I was inspired for this and Eclipsed part 2 by the lunar and solar eclipse. The phenomenon only happens when the Earth, moon and sun align, and happens only in a small window of time. Time and movement are obscured, but continue despite the deprivation of light. Eclipsed can also mean to deprive someone or something of significance, power, or prominence. I thought it was fitting in these days where it seems that many people and things are eclipsed. But most of all, I love the continuum of time and life, even when obscured for just a moment.
